BEST WAY THE ONLY WAY

Home care is support in the comfort of your own home whilst maintaining as much independence as possible, whether it's for extra support in daily tasks and living, reassurance your loved one has the right person there and is given exceptional care or companionship; sometimes you just need a helping hand.

Through quality care and support, we help foster self-reliance, self-esteem and life skills they need to live independently, whether that’s for the first time or following a significant change in circumstances. We are flexible and offer value for your money, whether you fund your own care or receive a personal budget. Our support will enable you to gain choice and control over your life, remain healthy and happy and maintain the things that are important to you.

Our services are designed to help people with a wide range of support needs retain their independence by being supported in their own homes. Our services are flexible and affordable and we can help you access a wide range of benefits and grants that you may be entitled to.

Our carers will visit you to help you get out of bed, go out to college or work, and do daily tasks such as shopping, housework and repairs. We will also help you with administrative tasks and personal care.

Why do our clients choose us?

We understand any change can be daunting, which is why we tailor every move to our services to suit the individual’s need including those who need a gradual transition over a few months to reduce any anxiety. We ensure that the transition is simple, easy and a pleasant experience for you. Our dedicated carers will offer support and advice at every step.

Genuinely caring for the people we support, is what makes us such a passionate and approachable team. Our team can help with personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, dressing, continence care, medication, moving and handling transfers, laundry, domestic chores, ironing, shopping, prescription collection, meal preparation, companionship, day trips out, sitting in service etc.

Our person-centred care and support plans are regularly reviewed and monitored to help our clients reach their true potential and become more self-reliant, find employment and eventually they integrate into their communities.

Companionship/Mental Health Support Service

Everybody needs somebody at one point in their life, especially in this COVID-19 Pandemic it can sometimes be an awfully lonely world. Our Companionship Carer will go to your house or choice of location and spend time with you, whether it be going for a walk in the park, having a laugh at what you got up to when you were younger or play chess! We're interested in whatever you are interested in, our goal is to keep a smile on your face and feel relaxed and content by the end of the day.

Dementia Care

The total population prevalence of dementia among those over 65s is 7.1% (based on 2013 population data). This equals one in every 79 (1.3%) of the entire UK population, and 1 in every 14 of the population aged 65 years and over.

Dementia can be a very aggressive form of mental and physical illness. Our trained staff members are highly versed in the newest training and activities to help alleviate symptoms in Dementia patients. We understand that a familiar face is very important, and a slight change of routine can have a negative knock-off effect on a person. Our quality service ensures that we take care of 100% of your needs whilst maintaining some independence in your life, at the comfort of your own home. Our Carer will take the time to get to know you and your habits, your likes, and dislikes to make sure your daily life goes as smoothly as possible.

Disabled Adult/ Learning Disability Care Service

As with any of our services, we work with what works for you or your family member. Our Staff will write a plan of action and duties that is tailored to your needs. We will ensure that everything goes smoothly from day one.

Caring for a disabled family member or friend can be a tough challenge for some, whether you're looking to give them a break for a few hours or a day, we're here to offer on-hand support. We are trained to look for facial cues that might show discomfort or happiness, for the people who can't verbally speak we speak for you!
